You technically don’t have to remove the wheel but it makes it easier. Other than that changing your head light bulb is simple and easy.

Just did the same thing but I took only 3 of the fender screws out reached under and with one hand took the bulb out. Under ten minutes had it swapped without even removing the tire.
How about a vid on how to change out the turn signal bulb?
i had mine replaced 2 days go. the rep. says they must remove the bumper cover. the work order says they removed the inner wheel well liner.
