Hey what size sockets did you use for the bolts on the outside and which did you use for the ones in the connectors

Excellent Job!! I have to do the same thing. That same relay switch keeps shorting out. Did some research and it appears that GM has over looked this! Sadly it’s costing the consumer the unnecessary repairs for their mistake & over looking this problem. Anyway, Do you have a photo of the bad Fuse box? Who like to see comparison from underneath the connections. If anything can you email me or anyone else having this same issue and what other issue this model may have. Thanks Dennis

Good one my 08 just pulled that on me today and sure as s**t its my burnt relay
Don't forget to trim seat clip about half inch or it will arc out again. Buick has a service bulletin on this and also will reimburse if you had a mechanic do it . OEM PART ON E BAY 200.00

Can u please help me ? My 2008 Buick lucrene won't start , the check engine light came on then I cut my car off to go in the store came back out it started them stop Twp seconds later over and over, then it stopped thronging over all together, now my dash lights are off and my radio works my ac works (hot air) and my windows work, remote key control works alarm works. Won't start ..my diagnosis cord doesn't work in the front where auto zone tryd to plug their thinga magige into it
