This is called a TURBO-T LIMITED. Just so ya know. Mine was the exact same car. But I had the grey leather interior and shifter on the tree. I miss that car.

Owned one much like this and found original owner. He explained the “chrome T” anomaly: 87 T package came with black trim but one could order a Regal, option the turbo T package and pay $100 extra for black paint and it came with stock chrome trim. Cost more to get it that way but you had a rarity-all chrome trim T. Buick stopped this practice early, since it created an unauthorized turbo T category. This is the lowest production T version created. Very rare.
