This is actually much better than another video I saw that literally had them prying at the e-brake shoe with a screwdriver. Though in that video they also said the screws around back were T30, not T27. Also, would it be possible to leave the bracket on the back and just pull the line out of the bracket and lave that hanging instead? Anything to avoid fiddling with with those tiny screws, lol.
Very informative, helped me plenty. Worst part about this job was the obvious pounding out of the Midwest rust belt bearing and tight space for the 2 torx bolts holding parking brake bracket. I've used 4mm allen, worked like a charm. Lubed the actuator parts as they popped out when I was pounding on the damn thing hehe. NO more ABS/SVS/trac lights. Cheers!
what if the 2 t 27 torx bolts are stuck? Can they be replaced ? and wht size are they ? I may need to grind them off 🙁
