I just ran into the same problem with my 2002 Buick Regal LS I have the same cluster as your 2001 Regal GS but only thing that does not light up is my gear selector/mileage odometer reading below the speedometer I lost the PRND321 & The mileage the driver info still works fine just the mileage & the PRND321 don't lit up no more
