Keith cerce says:

Are the cut away pictures getting more and more….. Um…. un-wholesome

Max aka Tesla Fan says:

Our x5 has 400 000km on it, 350 000km on our 530xd… And some people want luxury, good quality, good looking car and faster. Not everybody/rich people are fine with a toyota that looks normal and has bad quality and ugly interior… No offense 🙂

Chris says:

Scotty I enjoy your videos but here is where I have to disagree with you. I have a 2015 BMW X5 3.5i with 103,000 miles. Do more than the recommended maintenance. I have had all fluids replaced and use LiquiMoly Top Tech oil. At my last oil change had an oil analysis done and it according to the report it is doing great. I have my mechanic inspect the belts, hoses and cooling system at each oil change. I have not had one issue so far. I buy my own parts and my mechanic just charges me labor. Total cost for an oil change is around $70 parts and labor. Changing all of the fluids (oil, transmission
Fluid with pan, brake, front and rear diffs, transfer case, and coolant) cost ~$800.00 for parts and labor. I use the Blue Driver to keep an eye on things. It may fall apart tomorrow but so far so good.

What about a 328i ?

parachute jumps will shrink you as well, my dad did 189 jumps and he is 4 inches shorter now

Nicu Urs says:

I had an X5 E53 in Spain, 2003 model, 3.0 inline 6 Diesel, bought it with 100k miles, had it 6 years for 60k more miles, in all that time I had 1, repeat 1 issue with that car, an fuel injector, and nothing else. Maybe I was lucky…but loved mine, served me very good, now I am an Lexus Ls430 owner…

Matt Tippins says:

BMWs are nice, but daaamn…. over $1000 just for a water pump, forget having it installed.

mdd1963 says:

I had a preowned 2001 X5 from 2005 thru 2011, and it was indeed a nightmare….; alternator, electric window failures, and finally, reverse went out in tranny at the 100,000 mile point…. Every two years, problems $2-3K worth of issues….. Worst car I ever owned…

Don Boss says:

BMWs are fun to drive, but to someone who is cheap like Scotty Kilmer, this is irrelevant. There are so many different types of car people, one size most definately doesn't fit all.

Daz Sid says:

Great video. Love Scott’s videos. Keep up the good work

enemy boat says:

New bmws? No thanks, but old ones with the inline 6 are good cars honestly.

Used to know a guy that drove a Ford Escape when I lived in Miami. I think he was a crime scene analyst or something. He had a boat too and once we went out fishing. I went to get a beer out of a really large cooler he had built into it and he went crazy telling me there was no beer in it, he'll get me one etc. Nice guy but jumpy as Hell.
