I had this happen on my e92, I used a heat gun on a low setting and took my time, eventually all the wrinkles in my door panel went away. I can't say I've had this happen with the seats, but it's worth giving it a shot
To fix the stretched leather on your car's armrest and seat, follow these steps:
1. *Gently Heat the Leather:* Use a hairdryer on a low setting or a heat gun to gently warm the stretched areas. Keep the dryer moving and hold it about 6-8 inches away to avoid overheating the leather.
2. *Massage the Leather:* While heating, use your hands or a soft cloth to gently massage the leather, encouraging it to shrink back into shape. Apply light pressure and work the leather back into its original form.
3. *Allow to Cool Naturally:* Once you've heated and massaged the leather, let it cool naturally. This should help it return to its original shape.
4. *Apply Leather Conditioner Again:* After the leather has cooled and regained its shape, apply a thin layer of leather conditioner to keep it supple and prevent future stretching.
5. *Consider a Professional Repair:* If the above steps don't fully resolve the issue, you may need to consult a professional upholsterer who can re-tighten or replace the leather.
Oil the shit out of the affected leather then heat it up on low setting and it will be good
Thats how every old bmw ive seen ever looks like. Just leave it.
