Corkscrew Life says:

hahaha my friend is scared to rev his S54 for the rod bearings. E39 is looking clean dude! I can remember replacing those arms on my friends E39. Only thing me and him made a mistake on was the plastic clip breaking that was holding the ABS line. But we fixed it.

BMW Outlet says:

Nathan man what do you think could cause my 328xi to sometimes have the steering pull to either side when driving. Only does it for a moment then goes away, kind of like tramlining following the road. Car has new thrust arm bushings.

Courtne -the-Great says:

Thanks for getting to the point. Also, know your facts and understand that “I don’t know” questions confidence in you.

Courtne -the-Great says:

Also change the shocks….

Ryan McKenna says:

I'm a big fan, Nathan. I love working on my BMW's, I learn a lot from your channel, and I hope to have a setup like yours someday.
Was thinking of getting spacers for my e60 wheels, do you think they'll rub? If anything, guessing I may have to adjust the camber a bit.

jack costa says:

Hey my e39 tires are worn on the inside, but it's a series of connected flat spots. What else needs replacing? Anyone?

spencer says:

Hey man watching you take the innner side of their rear arm off with 2 wrenches made me think of how easy it was for me with these wrenches, I’m a mechanic and i use them every day.

George Austers says:

No sway bar links hahahaha

George Austers says:

If you set the rear camber to neutral it will drive like crap and likely cause positive camber when you're actually driving

George Austers says:

BMW's are supposed to have slight negative camber on the rear, they are not at neutral. You need a hunter 4 wheel alignment machine to set it up properly

Thomas Storrs says:

My 2000 e39 wagon you have to remove strut to get wishbone out. Spring and shock seperate. Surprised front upper control wasnt bad also.

hornhospital says:

Hubcentric spacer is 72.56mm to 74.1mm

Pabloel says:

You can use phone app for setting the camber – level. Just use a piece of wood that aligns perfectly with the rim itself. Adjust, lower the car and you can get accurate reading. No eyeballing. Perfect setup. Profit.

joe Dirt says:

How nice is it to have that lift now and the garage. Keep on Trucking.

BboyKamakaze808 says:

Thank you so much for this video. I got 6 E39s to do this to!

tony montana says:

I'm always watching this channel, and I don't even have a BMW, very interesting.

Back-N-Action Model Collections says:

Hey Nathan I gotta question. I bought a 2007 750i few months ago as is. After replacing the coolant transfer pipe and new battery, I got warning lights all over the dash. I saw a video from a guy who said he spoke with you about the engine VVT module. I have a similar situation as he does along with transmission faults as well. I'm suspecting these units got wet to becsuse of the windshield cowl shows wear damage. My question is, what do you think I should go from here?

Lev Karpets says:

Love the lift wish I had your shop

Show Me What I Need To Know says:

When I had them put 0 camber on the rear tires of my 3 series it drove like crap.

Santi M says:

is it the same for e46's ?
