BMW Headlight Lamp Washer Fix E90 E92 Sprayer Nozzle: DIY
After trying to repair/fix my original washer and it going bad with in a few months, i need to find a better solution. After searching i couldn’t believe how cheap a new aftermarket washer nozzle was. In this video i go through installation process and take apart the original to show why they simply wont last forever.

Nice DIY today see my washer stay a little bit open now i don't go use it no more until i have time to fix it don't like to lose the washer cap
If you fit a small UK, or extra large US and the rest of Europe condom, over the unit, cutting off the teet, and secure it with two cable ties, before refitting, it keeps the shit from getting in, and acts as a gaiter, I got the idea, from how you avoid the problem, on motorcycle forks. Also the US army used it to stop the M15 and M16 jamming in dessert and jungle combat….gas recoil weapons are vulnerable. Be sure to expel as much air as you can before sealing it at both ends.
Truth be told, I do not even know if mine work. I bought mine 1,5 years ago. Never seen anything spraying. Unlike my E60, where it was very evident and spectacular.
