In this video we show how to remove the stock twin turbos from our 2007 BMW 335i and replace them with the Vargas OE Plus Replacement Turbos, including an upgraded 6×6 billet compressor wheel.

BMW N54 stock turbos are known to have a failing wastegates, which can be heard rattling, and failing oil seals, which causes smoke and oil consumption.

This job is fairly time consuming, but very achievable with the right tools, mechanical knowledge, and parts. The most difficult parts of the install are removing the front subframe, installing the silicone turbo inlet pipes, and keeping everything organized. Our video shows how to get it done with relative ease.

Hopefully this video helps with your install and saves an expensive trip to a mechanic. Please leave any questions about the install and we’ll try to help.
