Today I replace the electric thermostat on a 2002 BMW 325 with a MAP cooling fault. The thermostat I used is Gates part number 33934. Thanks for watching!

Hello Carl, great video. I have a BMW 330xi and I’m also getting the
fault code P0128. I notice that sometimes the motor does not warm up as
fast as I want it too, but went it does, the car runs smooth. I’m planning
to change the thermostat. What is the name of that gauge you used to take
the air out of the system? and where can I get one? Thanks
Is it that easy to remove the fan ? dont we need some other tool to hold it
Thanks for sharing the info brother.
my cuz has a beamer an the parts are pricey like the car lol good jub as
allways Carl
Reminds me of doing the one on the Trailblazer.
Thanks buddy.
That’s right there is a heated one on that too?
Thanks
Thanks!

Great video. That is an awesome tool for filling the coolant.
Nice one again Carl ! You have a diverse base of vehicles to work on, keeps
you from getting bored right ? Cool coolant fill vac tool, like that thing !
nice repair
Great work bud!
I miss the 5 dollar thermostats… this one was a bit more than that at
sixty bucks. The OE lists out at 90! Thanks for watching
cool
Good video
Electric thermostat that only last three years, nice design. I just
replaced the thermostat in my 7.4L 1996 GMC for the first time, not because
it was failing. I put in a new lower intake manifold gasket and hoses and
figured I would spend the whole 5 bucks for the new thermostat.
