Hello Carl, great video. I have a BMW 330xi and I’m also getting the
fault code P0128. I notice that sometimes the motor does not warm up as
fast as I want it too, but went it does, the car runs smooth. I’m planning
to change the thermostat. What is the name of that gauge you used to take
the air out of the system? and where can I get one? Thanks

I miss the 5 dollar thermostats… this one was a bit more than that at
sixty bucks. The OE lists out at 90! Thanks for watching

Electric thermostat that only last three years, nice design. I just
replaced the thermostat in my 7.4L 1996 GMC for the first time, not because
it was failing. I put in a new lower intake manifold gasket and hoses and
figured I would spend the whole 5 bucks for the new thermostat.
