Currently trying to install my tune. It was in the middle of installing, then all the sudden said there was an error. Now it's going back to stock without me wanting it/telling it to and it's been on the writing screen for 5 minutes and it isn't even at 50%

Hello. Just tried to flash but getting an error saying “couldn’t start extended session with drivetrain”. Has anybody else had this and how did they fix it?
I have a 12V 10A charger. There is a charging mode and a power supply mode, which would be best? Also in power supply mode where would I connect it to the car?
