We provide a “DIY” fix to fix your faulty 2.0 TDI balance shaft. It works on all 2.0 TDI engines including the newer common rail engines! Although it is DIY method you still have to ask a machine-shop to tap an M14 thread into your faulty balance shaft. DO NOT try to drill or tap this thread manually! If the thread is not true (straight) you will need to throw it in the bin! This tapping process must be done on lather or milling machine! Our set includes an M14 bolt with a hexagon hole inside + hexagon pin. We don’t send balance shaft with your order!
