That GMC is exactly what Monkey Wrench Mike is looking for.
That little dent in that pillar couldn’t make the car unreliable .so if you just left that dent and drove it the cars not gonna collapse in on itself
That b pillar was nothing hardly any damage I had a 93 Ford tempo one time in the late 90s I used my 1980 Ford f100 and a 12 foot chain I wrapped the chain around the b pillar and gave it 4 good hard yanks. The passenger side came off the ground I replaced the doors and drove that tempo for 6 more years.

Somebody tried taking that truck four-wheel driving but I think it's an easy fix
