►Audi S5 Turbocharger Replacement DIY (2018-2025 Audi B9 S4, S5 Sportback, SQ5, C8 A6, 3.0T Engine)

Description: The turbocharged Audi 3.0t V6 found in the B9 S4 and S5 models, along with many others, features a hot-vee configuration, meaning the turbo sits atop the engine. It has many benefits, but arguably the best is the lack of headache needed to reach it. Older turbocharged Audis are known for engine-out turbo replacements, but that’s not the case here. That makes replacing the turbocharger in your S4 or S5 a relatively easy job, even at home.

Whether you’re replacing it due to an issue or upgrading, removing the turbocharger from a 3.0t is still an involved job. There are lots of electronics and hoses to be careful around. However, it’s still very DIYable. Just ensure you have all the right parts and use this video to familiarize yourself before you begin.
