Only tool i liked was the one for removing the bearing race, another 2
bolts and a nut on the steering arm the whole thing is off the car and can
be put in a hydraulic press………….
this is slick as snot on a brass door nob…..but the tool is really great
I would guess we are talking in the $2000 range really nice for a big big
shop ps. could drop the porno music…..
Hmmm… when I took the knuckle of my 9 year old Getz all I had to do to
get the driveshaft out was tap it with a hammer a few times and pull. How
well does it work if you’ve snapped a wheel stud on the hub?
This is the only mechanic I know who can do a full wheel bearing tear down
and reassembly without touching the existing part or getting his hands
dirty.. I’m sure he gets dirty in other ways, especially if this is the
kind of shop music he prefers… just wow… Is this why they charge you an
hour labor? I could do this by hand in 30 mins or less!
That tool is boss
That is amazing. I just spent the morning pounding the bearing out. The
right tools make all the diference…
Super sketchy 70’s porn with the stache that guy is rockin. I had the exact
same thought…
i want this tool
200Nm.. but it must be done in 4 steps,
A little problem there: He didn’t use the torque tool on the wheel bolts.
I’m sure that there is a torque specification on wheels bolts.
just buy the hub assembly, this is crazy!
Sounds like a porno, at times, it looks like one as well…
I will just pop out and buy the £5000 worth of kit used in the vid. Thanks
guys.
what is the force used to tighten the bearing bolt?
