I have a 07 rdx…it won't crank at all I get power and all just won't turn over…dealer I got it from put a kill switch directly to my starter. Do you think they might of fried it? There is a loose wire in there….like they snipped it i have no clue were it might go to…should I replace the starter? They took off the kill switch and still nothing..thanks in advance…
Great video. Very patient and thorough explanation. This was a pretty straight forward repair, thanks to your video. Took me about 2 hours on my 2007 RDX. I bought a Denso starter on Rock Auto (I always try to install good quality parts to avoid repeat repairs.). Both starter bolts have long thread engagements, and you can only turn each bolt a few degrees at a time due to tight quarters, so I agree the starter bolts are the worst part. Thanks again for taking the time to video and explain.
I have the same car… i replace everything i can on the car…i get brake system light, and the car doesnt crank at all..i can start after a few minutes letting it sits..
