Skip to 6:16 on the video and check out the diagram. It shows 2 resistors
and 2 bulbs. As far as a 3rd resistor in the kit would probably a pakaging
error. For the design of the wiring kit (it being 3 connections on
passenger side, single connect decoder/resistor driver side) I personally
think its to maintain an equal and stable amount of current distributed
threw the led bulbs in turn equal amount of brightness on both sides not to
mention reduced flickering, single resistor is complete loop.

I liked your instructions very good, but one thing that just isn’t making
sense, if you have two bulbs and two resisters with the wiring kit it has
one connect that connects the stock harnest and the other tree connects is
for the resistor and ther other two are for the passenger and driver side.
What about the other resistor is that a spare?

Fivire510 says:

After prolonged use after installing this kit. The decoder might be
necessary in order to maintain life expectancy and anti-flicker, not to
mention over-heating of the led bulbs. As far as brightness of the bulb
itself. The darker out the more noticeable they will become. Or just turn
on the high beams. Its legal since led don’t project concentrated light
they do not blind other drivers. I’ve tested this passing in front of Mr
Poepoe a dozen times. So yea, install it with the decoder kit please.

Fivire510 says:

yea, it should fit & work for any Honda that has a it’s own independent
high beam bulb.(since that’s what your gonna replace w/ the dtrl bulb)
Since some Honda’s like the civic has a single bulb which produce both low
beam and high beam. In some cases just as long as the size (bulb number in
my case 9005) matches.

with the harness kit, is the right thing to do to save yourself from the
head aches. The kits usally do come with the harnesses. Just be sure to
order the right part number to avoid going thru the trouble of having to
return a fairly cheap kit paying return fees especially purchasing off
ebay. in acception of th e seller even agreeing to returned items…but
yea…harness yes get it

One more question, Wha’ts the difference between LED Fog Lamp Light Bulb
68-SMD and LED Fog Lamp Light Bulb 18-SMD? Is 68 brighter? o,O thanks!

David Feng says:

Does it work with a honda accord?

MrTee12 says:

Hey Hung L, I followed your video exactly, thx a million. However, my
lights would not work with the Decorder kit. They work fine with them
directly hooked up to the car, Do you what the issue may be? Will the
lights fully function properly without the Decorder kit?

Winston Goode says:

Thanks for the video I was debating on buying this harness because I could
see how you would install it but i know now thanks to you
