*Note: Don’t forget to jot down your radio station presets*
Radio code entry:
(1) With the battery cables connected and the key in the accessory “ON” position, “COdE” will appear on the factory stereo’s display.
(2) Use the numbered buttons to enter the radio code – “COdE” will disappear from the display and the radio will function normally.
*You are allowed three attempts to successfully enter the code. If you fail to enter the proper code, you’ll have to disconnect then reconnect the battery or wait one hour for the stereo to reset itself so you can try again.

I have a 2000 Acura TL with a drivers side headlight out. I've ordered a new headlight but is there anyway to tell if it's a bad headlight or something else like a bad ballast?

Keith Hartley says:

Any LED options? I see lots but I few like it probably will not fit inside the housing cover or if it does it might over heat. Just curious if hat others thoughts were. I’m picking up a 2000 RL tomorrow and the HID bulbs do not match in color so I want to replace them both.

Great videos!

Ryan Hunt says:

thanks! going to be way easier than i thought

Ham The Enlisted says:

Thanks just replaced mine. I was confused as to whether I had to put that metal wire back down before I put the bulb in or after.

Honestly, this is a perfect example of overthinking something so simple. Most of the parts in this car are excessive for no reason. Also they can take their pin screw and shove it. I yanked mine out and left them out.

Robert Brocato says:

Any D2R bulb will work? Does it have to be 35w? I see some on ebay 55w etc. Also my drivers side is working just not as bright as passenger so i should replace both?

Raheem Meekins says:

Does it he build have to be OEM or can you use Sylvania bulb?

Buch De Noel says:

Can you show me how to remove the brake light housing ? I have water in mine and It keeps making my bulbs go out quickly.

Brad Howard says:

I commented on your RL fog light video, and this video is just as well done. There aren't many videos on Youtube for RL maintenance/repair, so I greatly appreciate your videos, as they will help me in the repair of my RL. I posted a series of videos when I had to replace my starter…I wish I could have saw your engine swap, that would have taught me alot. I need to replace the rear main seal, and a video on that would have really helped out. Anyways, thanks again for the video.
