I looked up this part for my car and it doesn't fit. I'm thinking some models may be different. I assume this is the hose. https://youtu.be/xVkmHMDxnYk
When I put this part number into Google I get a bunch of results but they are all saying it's for a town car and not a grand marquis. I've got a 2007 LS. Is there a different part number for the GMs and CVs?
It looks like Ford updated this to the hard plastic outer in 08, and it was previously updated in 05 (probably to the quick-release ends); there is a part # for Vics and Town Cars:
FYI It looks like my 05 Grand Marquis uses the Vic part with more square angles; I would imagine either would work for any 05+ Panther car but look at the pics compared to the shape of what you have under the hood
Could this cause a random misfire? My 03 town car suddenly has a random misfire that is fine at start up and operating temp but has a misfire that starts between the 2 that happens like clock work everytime. Using more fuel too. I understand the miss could cause the extra fuel usage but it doesnt seem like a misfire for a minute or 2 would cause the extra its using.

I have a 97 town car and I'm dealing with all my vacume lines failing one after the other. Thinking about replacing my whole intake hose soon
I don't see this on my 2003
