1. what do you do with the parts you left on on the engine cover. You don't have anything to secure them with. 2. all of the water coming from windshield is going to end up in the engine bay, YES GREAT MOD…
Is it necessary to reinstall the DME Box Cover? I kinda fear that Water will get in there…
Thank you this was helpful. What do you do with the tube hanging in the middle of the bay. Do you just let it sit there now? Also does fcp euro have this type of filter so we can use the lifetime guarantee?
Going way too fast. Don’t rush it all so much
And what the hell do you attach the cables to or are they sitting there???
Looks unfinished now, with cables lying around, not worth it, no thanks
What about those wires in the middle of the engine now? Do they just sit there?
is there water getting into the engine compartment or not?
Removing this removes the seal on the engine bay keeping water out of places you don’t want it to be… good luck with electrical issues and water leaks
where you put ur alarm sensor or hood sensor?
what about pouring rain on those filters. im afraid ill turn on my vents and have a moldy smell come out ? or worse water mist. would feel nice on a hot day lol.
Are you worried about rain/water getting in the engine bay ? That's a lot of plastic protection removed… I am hesitating to do it.
Lots of snow in canada will go in these Forsure and can be potentially bad right ????
So then where do you put all the wires and battery cable laying on the engine? Anyone have a thread they can post or pictures?
seriously if you're that worried about 10 pounds of weight..probably add it on again with all the zip ties to tie up loose cables…lol
Same for a n55 e90?
Are the e90 and e92 cowls the same ???
…and…what do you do about the cables hanging on the valve cover that used to be attached to the cowl?
Is this a whole oem cabin filter delete? How do you house the wires after the cowl is gone?
I see you upgraded to the M3 cowls in your latest video. How did these BMS filters work out? Any drawbacks?
Good stuff. Thank you for the video. I want to do an install for my X1 M Sport N55. I do have a question, did you relocate the switch from the driver side that goes on the cowl plate or Its not needed. Thank you
No way looks bad under there to much exposure. I like the idea though. Maybe if side covers could go back on.
Looks like you have a lot of hoses bouncing around now
