Do not order your overlays from premium auto styling. They have the worst customer service that is known to man. If you take a look at their facebook page you will see all of the customers complaining of waiting a month and hearing absolutely nothing from premium auto styling. They are a scam and a terrible business.
Took your advice and bought the overlay w/ kit. It’s been over a week and they have not arrived. I tried calling/email/messaging on website for an update but have yet to receive any responses. Any way you can help?
Order # 3170
Getting terrible service from Premium Auto Styling 🙁
looks great
Looks way better with it, not a fan of Euro Clear style tail lights on cars that are not Euro brand at all, wonder if they got this for them Lexus is older models too?
Looks better without it…
I would do orange on the indicators
How moist and wet do they need to be?
Should I install the smoked center pieces after all the red is set in place? Will I need to trim the smoked section? Just would like to know before I purchase the vinyl, another great video too!
@SmurfinWRX i purchased the same tail light overlays for my HB Impreza but every auto body shop here keep telling me that they only do tail light tinting or they just simply wont do it 🙁
Lol
hey Mike, did he install the black tinted inserts afterwards as well? looks very flush and well done !
lol i like it, i actually love it, but you gotta admit it looks like honda civic tail lights now, which is alright cuz i own an eg:)
i think i may have bought the cheap stuff. Do you know what type of material he used? Mine is Oracal 8300.
damn that guys cut was fresh af
that car looked good before, after and with the black inserts..i wonder what it would look like with the black on the outside and the centers white
Heyy man, i went to tgw tint shop here in south jersey and they wouldnt apply them because they said if you stretch them you’ll see the stretch marks in the dark with the tail lights on?
FOLLOW MY INSTAGRAM! @REX_STAGRAM
i wanted some fog overlays lol. but ill keep a look out!
You Should Post A vid up for it. Ima Subie Fan
mehh i’d prefer paint to overlays for the tail lights.
this would look amazing on my 2011, it’s black paint with red mud flaps and the inside of my hood scoop is painted red. I’ll look into it. Once again, thanks Mike.
looks like I forgot to do my research before I blindly ordered my overlays… I’m hoping that the “cheaper material” this dude got was not from the website fanaticautotrends. /: I want to get it professionally done but not if it’ll look bad!
I just ordered my overlays b/c i really didnt like how the plastic dip turned out
it might last longer if they don’t use the whole clay bar for just two tail lights
Niiiiiice! Cant wait to do this when I get my hatch!
i have a sedan but i like to watch
That’s one reason why I’m glad I bought the sedan. Those damn taillights.
l really like his hair ;D
Ah man none for a 2008 mazda 6 :(
I bought and installed these exact overlays a couple years ago. The outer part of the hatch lights is so difficult to work with. Looks good from a few feet away 😛
They will soon =]. What kind are u looking for?
It still works =]
