Your awesome man thank you!
My โ06 Honda doesnโt have the exact layout like your โ08 Honda. Mines has the aux wire hanging out of the bottom. Is this a sign of a third party aux?
Thank you so much for the easy instructions. I thought I would have to take my car in to get the aux fixed. My friend recommended to youtube search first and I'm so glad I clicked on your video!
Thanks a whole bunch! ๐
Thanks a lot for the great video! Helped me restore AUX functionality to the car and its now Bluetooth compliant because of the Bluetooth to AUX adapter I bought separately, great upgrade to my 2008 Civic!
Thank you so much man,now I know how to remove my port,I hate it when simple videos like these are hard to find on YouTube.
Thanks a lot! I figured this would be a "remove the whole dash" kind of deal so I never looked into it until now.
I'm the kind of person who deals with car issues by dumping them on my husband or paying somebody too much money to do it for me. I can't even change a brake light. But I replaced my AUX port! By myself! Successfully! Thank you so much for this video.
This is the clearest tutorial on this I've seen. I was able to replace mine on my 2008 Civic pretty easily just now, and I'm not mechanical at all. Saved me a bunch of money! It seems a lot of people have this problem. Kind of a shame Honda won't recognize it and do a recall or something.
How do you change out the power outlet just above the aux. outlet ?
will this work on a 2010 honda accord lx ?
my inner piece slid into the hole and I cannot stabilize it. No I have to figure out how to remove the whole console.
Thanks so much for the video. Honda dealer wanted to charge me $100.00 to just look at the problem. Thanks to you I am only out $20.00. I now have a very happy husband ๐
Man oh man so my broke ass watched ur video. U saved me like $50. I used a spoon edge to pry it open haha. Ur the best!
These instructions were perfect for fixing the aux jack in my girlfriend's car! Thanks so much!
