thanks for the video man really thanks.. my car would randomly die driving,
idle, etc.
Well I like it. Thank you for taking the time to make the video!
What station do you listen to buddy? Sounds like a MAN’S station!
Getting the panels, coverplates, bolt and sensor removed was not too
difficult, getting the new sensor installed properly (in the hole, and
properly aligned so the bolt holes line up) – is proving to be a MAJOR pain
in the butt! – your video doesn’t show that part of the job.
@KO3MOHOT sorry bout that bro,but I did explain how to get it in,you have
to use saw zaw and make cuts so you can peel metal back where the shift
hole is,then use a magnetized antenna to hold sensor in correct
location, and you’ll also have enough room to screw the bolt back, along with
heat shield 🙂 and then bend metal back in place, use light hammer to
straighten it back out, hope this helps bro
Actually, I found an easy way to do it – by removing the air intake
assembly (the box that the air filter assembly attaches to) – 2 hose clamps
and a bolt, I was able to open up a space to reach it from above & behind
the engine. by standing on a stepstool placed alongside the driver’s
fender, I had lots of room to reach down behind the engine & install and
align the sensor. then, back inside, I installed the bolt with extensions &
u-joint on my socket wrench. Quick & simple.
