You are the savior! Pry bar trick turned looming nightmare into easy
5-minute process… FYI: large pipe wrench worked great on those exposed
little balls.
Thanks for checking out my vid!
good video….,had a problem and u helped me solve it with the tie rod
fork..
Nice job. I always try to use the allen wrenches and they *always* strip. I
end up cutting the nut off with a hack saw or grinding it out with a die
grinder. I’ll try your trick next time and maybe save a few hours. Thanks
for the video!
i never have a problem using impact. when i dont have access to impact.
needle nose vice grips work well too.
i just had to remove some rusty end links today. thank God for torches.
just cut the sob off. 5 seconds and i was done.
Thnx dude
Good video, keep up the good work!
Thanx. Nice video. I always have problem using vice grip. Will try next
time.
Glad I could help! Thanks for the comments guys.
Allen wrench no. Open wrench. Pickle fork no. If you cut the4 blue dots
they just pop of with a screw driver. And as for removal a small pipe
wrench gets them every time. Vice grips will cost you time and money. ( I
do this for a living not a hobby)
Awesome video. Those are a pain to remove once they are rusted. I did
something similar to my link, but I had smaller vise-grip that didn’t hold
it well when I tried to turn the nut off.
glad i could help! i hope to be making a couple more simple diy vids soon!
Good video, very helpful. Keep it up!
Great video, Thanks. Just a quick comment, a deep Offset 14mm wrench would
be used if someone does not want to use the pickle fork method. Although
since it was so rusted, that probably would not work well. Just my .02 for
the next person tryin to figure out how to get the bolt out.
