*******Also please note:there is another sensor on the rear view mirror called front lane warning camera sensor module,that can also be the cause of this malfunction.Please have it tested and diagnosis properly.

@AmirAbdulAl-r2u says:

can I replace it with a used part (second hand) ? and does it need to be recalibrated or just plug and play?

@bradywilliams9876 says:

Did you unplug your battery before doing this? I can’t tell as the video audio is not working for me! Thanks.

@ryanmoss28167 says:

What did the front part cost?

@alidarwish200835308 says:

Thank you ! My issue is exactly same as the one in the video. How much will be the new part cost usually pls if u know.

@KekeF002 says:

Hi! Do I need to get it reprogrammed after having it installed?

@miller2792 says:

Also, I placed a forward facing camera right under the rear view mirror on the windshield. Would this cause the malfunction?

@miller2792 says:

So if this has happened but not as result of an accident then if I replace the sensor myself, will it work again without calibration.

TIMZ my 2020 nissan rogue light comes on for that, just every now and then. It does not stay on all the time. Would you change it?

@TOMA-ny7gg says:

@annawallace3264 says:

Have this very issue. It has happened twice. I took it to Firestone and they replaced a crank shaft and charged me $1850. They said that was the problem. Then today it came on, started shaking and wouldn’t go more than 10 miles an hour. Had it towed back to them and they just called and said it’s running fine with no lights on. WTH?

@kristinaeaglechasing6471 says:

I bought a 2021 Nissan Rogue Sport without a front collision radar. Do you have any idea what the radar number is or what type it should be?

@LookItsJoJo0 says:

Were your brakes stuck til you replaced the sensor

@michaelbump4107 says:

I replaced the sensor , and it’s clear on the dash until I a start driving. What would or could be the underlying issue?

@santosperez2739 says:

@asherturley6194 says:

If I get the lane assist camera of eBay or something and replace it myself. Does it still need calibration? No wrecks, dealership says it need to be replaced because of it getting so hot when power goes to it but it’s way to much money to have them do it

@marcmavah says:

I try this way, but unfortunately, it doesn't work for me.

@brianritchie75 says:

$1000 ICC sensor and $200 worth of ADAS calibration here. Guess he left that part out

@МишаБалог-с7б says:

Is it possible to drive with a faulty sensor or does it affect the ride

@pawansharma-iu7me says:

Hi mate, i have nissan juke 2021 , it’s showing collision warning with gearbox fault( exact warning is gearbox fault stop safely call dealer). But when i turned off emergency brake setting , the gearbox fault doesn’t come on dash. So i think the warning of gearbox fault is just a bad signal happening due to faulty collision warning . What you say ?

Thanks

@luisalejandrosalazar3145 says:

Greetings. After replacing it, did you have to reprogram something? Or was it just a matter of removing the old one and installing the new one?

@madelinecruz2802 says:

I have a Nissan Rogue 2019 and I'm having the same problem and honestly don't want to spend the hundreds at a shop or dealer. Where can I also buy a replacement sensor?

@parkerstephenson2172 says:

I am experiencing this problem with my 2018 rebuilt Nissan maxima. However when I look behind the front bumper and logo or my car I am not seeing this sensor anywhere in the car. Help!
