The charging rate was only 13.6V and went up to 15.5V after the repair, not
had any battery problems since.
Did the replacement of the regulator and brushes and cleaning of the stator
rings solve your problem? Thanks for the video
I did this to my Toyota and it has been going for 100k miles. I try to put
out some helpful information because most people don’t have money to burn.
Thankyou for sharing the video , I have just got my 92 e300 back on the
road after replacing the said regulator, didn’t even have to remove the
alternator, and I was about to strip the whole thing apart, until I seen
your video , cruising again thanks to you.
