4hr 8mins, ty for the videos, I look forward to seeing the work done and what approach you tried. I used your data from when you played around with the coolant path to adjust mine. I have a 535 in a 68 bird, small rad. I was very concerned about temps but she stays at 190. I made several changes to airflow and coolant flow to try and make the small rad as efficient as possible.

Just an fyi before you drive around at night…..looks like your outer LH headlight top plastic retainer might have broke as the light is pointing down .
